Why can’t I find out what my neighbor paid for his house?
The information given on a Statement of Consideration has been deemed confidential by Wyoming State Statutes. The only time a person can see a price paid is during the 30-day appeal period. Even then, the only Statements of Consideration that can be viewed are the comparable sales used to value the home. Also that information cannot be shared with anyone not involved in the appeal.
