December 8^th, 2022: Ch. 1 Definitions & Ch. 4 Administration

January 26^th, 2023: Ch. 2 Zoning Districts & Ch. 3 Development Standards 

March 2^nd, 2023: Ch. 5 Administrative Permits, Ch. 9 Non-Conforming Uses, Parcels and Structures, Ch. 10 Family Division & Ch. 11 Floodplain Management

March 30^th, 2023: Ch. 6 Conditional Use & Ch. 7 Variance 

April 13^th, 2023: Ch. 8 Rezone & Ch. 12 Enforcement

May 4^th, 2023: Ch. 13 Subdivision, Ch. 14 Short-Term Rental, Ch. 15 Towers

Responsibilities

The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for overseeing all physical development in the unincorporated County.
